Pavandro is taxi-first, but your subscription remains a concierge service able to handle other requests.

Subscription & payment

Pick your plan on the Plans page, enter your payment details and that's it: your assistant is available as soon as it's confirmed.

All major bank cards are accepted through our secure payment provider. Billing is monthly and automatic.

Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time from your account or by contacting your assistant. The change applies to the next cycle.

Your subscription is billed every month on the same date, with assistance hours renewed automatically. No fixed-term commitment.

Cancellation & refund

Cancellation is instant and requires no reason: from the Support page or with one message to your assistant. No fees, no chasing.

Yes. With the satisfied-or-refunded guarantee, if the service doesn't suit you, we find a solution or we refund you.

The full terms are set out in our cancellation terms. If there's a problem, contact support: each request is reviewed case by case.

Once your request is approved, the refund is processed within a few business days, depending on your bank's timelines.

Taxi rides & concierge

No. Taxi & ride-hailing is Pavandro’s main promise: your assistant searches and books rides first. The same concierge subscription can also cover other everyday requests.

After taxi and ride-hailing trips, your assistant can also help with restaurants, appointments, dry cleaning, tickets, beauty and other concierge-compatible requests.

Describe your pickup, drop-off, time, luggage or simply your driver need by chat, form or email.

Your assistant is available 7 days a week, from 9am to 7pm.

Security & privacy

Your data is encrypted and used only to handle your requests. It is never resold.

Yes. You can access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time from the Privacy page.

On secure servers within the European Union, with strictly limited access.

Reviews & feedback

After each request, you can share your feedback directly with your assistant or via your account.

Contact support by chat or via the form: a dedicated agent takes your ticket, with a guaranteed reply within 24h.
