Terms of payment - Pavandro

1. Subscription to services

Pavandro offers concierge services on a subscription basis.

Registration takes place in three stages:

  • Selection of the subscription best suited to the user's needs.
  • Create an account and enter your personal and payment details.
  • Confirmation of subscription and immediate access to services.

2. Trial period and subscription activation

A 3-day trial period for €1 is offered to new subscribers.

  • During this period, the user has full access to the services.
  • At the end of the trial period, and without prior cancellation, the subscription is automatically confirmed and billed according to the plan chosen.

3. Subscription confirmation and billing

When the subscription is activated, a confirmation email is sent, including:

  • Details of the plan taken out.
  • Amount invoiced and method of payment used.
  • Date of next direct debit.
  • Management options (modification, cancellation).

4. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the frequency set at payment. The price is billed in one or several equal instalments, with no extra fees. The billing frequency is set at payment.

Before each renewal date, Pavandro sends a notification specifying:

  • The next payment date.
  • The amount charged.
  • The options available to modify or terminate the subscription.

The user can deactivate automatic renewal from their personal area at any time.

5. Payment information management

  • The user must provide a valid bank card at the time of subscription.
  • The payment details are secured and used exclusively for subscription-related transactions.
  • In the event of a failed payment (expired card, insufficient balance, etc.), a notification is sent to invite the user to rectify the situation.
  • Without updating their bank details, access to services may be suspended.

6. Payment methods accepted

  • Credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • Transactions are carried out in euros (€), VAT included.
  • All payments are encrypted and secured according to PCI DSS standards.

7. Termination and cancellation

The user can cancel their subscription at any time via their customer area.

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: no direct debits will be taken after this date.
  • Access to services remains active until the paid subscription expires.
  • A cancellation confirmation email is sent to the user.

8. Refund policy

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Cancellation during the trial period → Full refund if cancellation takes place before the end of the 3 days.
  • “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee → The user can request a refund of the last period paid, unconditionally, in the event of dissatisfaction.

Claim procedure

  • The request must be made via the contact form available on the website.
  • Processing time: between 5 and 10 working days after validation of the request.

9. Modification of payment terms

Pavandro may adjust its prices and modify its billing conditions in line with developments in the market and the services offered.

  • Any rate change will be notified to subscribers with 30 days' notice.
  • Users will be able to accept the new conditions or cancel their subscription before they apply.

10. Secure transactions and compliance

Pavandro applies advanced security measures to guarantee secure payments:

  • PCI DSS standard: Compliance with international banking security standards.
  • SSL/TLS encryption: Protection of transactions and banking information.
  • Fraud detection system: Suspicious payment monitoring and enhanced authentication.
