Description of Pavandro Services
Pavandro is a premium digital concierge platform.
By subscribing, you benefit from:
– Assistance with bookings (restaurants, hotels, transport, travel, events, etc.)
– Personalised administrative support (procedures, formalities, online follow-up)
– Secure connections with providers (tradespeople, experts, home services, specialists)
– Tailored advice, event organisation, lifestyle support
Important: Pavandro acts solely as an intermediary: the actual delivery of services is performed by carefully selected third-party professionals.
Subscription, Account and Personal Area
To use Pavandro, you need a personal account:
– Registration requires full name, email address, phone number and up-to-date payment details
– Confirmation via email and secure activation
Your personal area allows you to:
– Manage your subscription: change plan, cancel, view history, download invoices
– Track requests and access priority support
– Update your data or request account deletion at any time
Creating an account implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
Subscription Plans, Trial Period and Pricing
Risk-free trial: 3 days for €1 incl. VAT
Plans available (no minimum term):
– Essential: 1 h assistance – €19.90 incl. VAT
– Classic: 3 h assistance – €29.90 incl. VAT
– Comfort: 5 h assistance – €39.90 incl. VAT
– Standard: 7 h assistance – €49.90 incl. VAT
– Privilege: 9 h assistance – €59.90 incl. VAT
– VIP: 12 h assistance – €69.90 incl. VAT
The billing frequency is set at payment. The price is billed in one or several equal instalments, with no extra fees.
You may change or cancel your subscription at any time via your client area or by contacting customer service.
Pricing or terms changes: Any significant changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance. If you do not accept them, you may cancel your subscription without penalty before the new rates take effect.
Billing and payment:
– Trial payment is made upon registration
– The subscription is automatically renewed according to the billing frequency set at payment.
– Payment incident: notification by email, 48 h grace period to resolve, suspension if unresolved
– Invoices available for download or sent upon request
Trial Period and Immediate Refund
Cancel within the 3-day trial and you will be fully refunded, no conditions or justification required, within 10 working days via the original payment method.
“Satisfied or Refunded” Commercial Guarantee
At any time, if Pavandro does not meet your expectations, you may request the refund of their last paid subscription period.
Requests may be made by email, phone, or through your client area.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 working days, via the original payment method.
This commercial guarantee does not affect your statutory cancellation rights (see below).
Statutory Cancellation Right & Immediate Performance
Legal period: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days from the start date, with no requirement to give reasons or pay penalties.
Procedure:
– Notify via your client area, by email, or using the model form attached to these T&Cs
– Full refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request, except in case of immediate performance
Immediate performance with express consent:
– If you wish to begin using the service before the end of the cancellation period, you must provide explicit consent (checkbox or statement during sign-up)
– In case of cancellation after immediate performance, only the amount proportional to services already provided up to the cancellation date will be retained (in accordance with Reg. 36 CCR 2013)
No charges will be applied if immediate performance was not expressly requested, or if information about the cancellation right was not clearly provided.

Liability and Limits
Pavandro acts as an intermediary: the actual provision, quality and compliance of services are the exclusive responsibility of the selected provider.
No compensation will be due in the event of temporary unavailability, force majeure or justified service suspension.
Pavandro cannot be held liable for delays, defects, deficiencies or results of services provided by third parties.
Personal Data Processing and Protection (UK GDPR)
Data collected: name, surname, email, phone, request history, preferences, payment information (never stored in full), access logs
Purposes: account management, service customisation, billing, customer support, legal compliance
Legal basis: contract execution (Art. 6.1.b UK GDPR), legal obligation (payment), consent for marketing communications
Secure hosting: SiteGround (Ireland and the Netherlands), advanced measures: SSL/TLS encryption, firewall, 2FA, restricted access
User rights:

If no agreement is reached: jurisdiction of the courts of the user’s country of residence (EEA or United Kingdom), or of London for other cases.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Contract Language
These T&Cs are governed by English law for users outside the EEA/United Kingdom,
and by the mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country of residence for EEA or UK users (pursuant to Rome I and Brussels I bis Regulations).
In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the accessible and understood version will prevail; for users residing in the UK, the English version shall apply.
Changes to the T&Cs
Any significant change to these terms will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
Continuing your subscription after notification implies tacit acceptance.
