At Pavandro, we offer total flexibility, allowing subscribers to cancel their subscription at any time, with no time commitment.
In this way, the user keeps full control over their subscription and can easily decide to interrupt services as they see fit.
All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, guaranteeing a smooth transition with no immediate interruption to services.
2. Cancellation procedure
There are just a few steps to cancelling a subscription :
- Access your personal space : Log on to Pavandro.com and go to the "Manage my subscription" section.
- Fill in the cancellation form : Confirm your wish to cancel by completing the online request form.
- Validation of cancellation : Once your request has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. No further payments will be taken after the end of the current period.

3. Access to Services after Cancellation
Once the subscription has been cancelled :
- Access to services remains active until the due date of the last payment made.
- Once this period has expired, the user will no longer be able to benefit from Pavandro, unless they take out a new subscription.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under certain conditions :
- Cancellation during the trial period : A full refund is granted if the user cancels their subscription before the end of the 3-day trial.
- Satisfied or your money back guarantee : Any subscriber who has paid for a full month may request a refund of their last payment in the event of dissatisfaction.
Refunds are not automatic and must be requested from Customer Services.

6. Processing Time for Refunds
Once the request has been validated, the reimbursement is processed within 5 to 10 working days and carried out via the same payment method used at the time of subscription.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund has been processed.
7. Restrictions and Exceptions
Certain situations do not allow a refund, in particular :
- Full use of services prior to termination.
- Customised or specific services that have already been executed.
- Late cancellation after expiry of the trial period.
8. Changes to the Cancellation Conditions
Pavandro reserves the right to modify the cancellation conditions if necessary.
