All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, guaranteeing a smooth transition with no immediate interruption to services.

There are just a few steps to cancelling a subscription :

• Fill in the cancellation form : Confirm your wish to cancel by completing the online request form.
• Validation of cancellation : Once your request has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. No further payments will be taken after the end of the current period.

Once the subscription has been cancelled :

• Access to services remains active until the due date of the last payment made.
• Once this period has expired, the user will no longer be able to benefit from Pavandro, unless they take out a new subscription.
